Sales and delivery terms & conditions

By clicking on AGREE you agree as binding the terms & conditions of sale of this online contract. The contract will be concluded between you and Pellini SpA ("Pellini") provided that you are aged more than 18 (eighteen) years. Your order will only be delivered within Europe (EU).


This Agreement respects the Italian law and in particular the Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22 May 1999, which acknolwsges Directive 97/7 / EC of the European Parliament and of the European Council of 20 May 1997 on consumers' protection, merged into the so-called CONSUMER CODE - Italy's Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 for the purposes set out in the Pivacy policy reported in this website.

Order Confirmation

The agreement shall be finalized when you receive an order confirmation that we will send you by e-mail and that is subject to approval of your credit card and to receipt of your wire transfer. Should you not receive such confirmation, please contact us by e-mail at eshop@pellini.net

Price and payment

The purchase price is the list price effective at the time of the order, inclusive of VAT where expressly indicated.

The payment may be made through Credit Cards reported below this website. You will be prompted to enter the card number, expiration date and the three digit security code. See the "Secure payment" paragraph in this website.

Warranty - Support - Responsibility

PELLINI SpA grants a warranty of one (1) year on parts and on the blind kits The warranty covers defects in materials, manufacture and / or product structure. To find out the PELLINI SpA warranty conditions, you can write to eshop@pellini.net indicating the product code on the delivery and the date the document.

In accordance with Art. 2 of Directive 99/44 / EC, in the event that the goods delivered does not comply with the order, it is possible, within the warranty period,to issue a written complaint to Pellini SpA - Via Fusari, 19 26845 Codogno (LO), requesting the free-of-charge repair or replacement of goods, provided that such corrective action is not objectively impossible or disproportionate. One remedy would be disproportionate if, compared with another corrective, it would require unreasonable costs. The cost would be unreasonable if it were significantly higher than the alternative remedy.

A reduction in price or breach of the contract may be requested should a product not be replaceable or repairable, should PELLINI SpA refuse to take the necessary actions within a reasonable time or should the corrective action prove detrimental to you. It is not permitted to terminate the contract for a limited lack of conformity.

PELLINI SpA will be held responsible if the lack of conformity will appear within 1 (one) year from delivery of the goods and the defect is reported within 2 (two) months from when it is discovered. Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that any lack of conformity emerged within six (6) months after delivery of the goods already existed on that date, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.

Every technical precaution has been adopted to make the display of product colours as realistic as possible. However, it is possible that the colours of components or blinds as shown in the website may slightly differ from the actual colour of components, slats and fabrics.

Cancellation and refund

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Pellini SpA - Via Fusari, 19 26845 Codogno (LO), Italy, within 10 (ten) days from goods receipt In the letter we ask you provide the number of the order confirmation, your name and return address. Upon return of the material, the amount paid for the purchase will be credited deducting any shipping charges incurred for the return of the material, which are at your expense. The material should be kept intact and in its original packaging. The original packaging can be opened without being damaged.
