Pellini SpA guarantees all ScreenLine® products against any possible manufacturing defect, provided they are properly installed, in compliance with the instructions supplied by Pellini SpA for a period of one (1) year.

Guarantee shall apply starting from delivery date of the product to purchaser (as per delivery note).

It is understood that the present guarantee only concerns the ScreenLine® products, expressly excluding all possible expenses  connected with the activities to be undertaken and the materials to be used to perform substitution of the ScreenLine® product (for instance but not limited to, shipping and installation costs).

Use of accessories that are not compatible with Pellini S.p.A. products or their unauthorised tampering immediately invalidates the terms of this guarantee.

The purchase of ScreenLine® accessories from this Website shall not modify in any case the temporal validity set forth by guarantee for the end product (window and/or glass unit with integrated blind system) supplied at first.

The Purchaser is obliged to inspect the goods delivered upon receipt of the same, in accordance with art. 2 of Directive 99/44/CE.  Should the goods delivered not comply with the order, within the temporal validity of the guarantee it is possible to address a written claim to Pellini SpA, Via Fusari, 19 26845 Codogno (LO), Italy, requesting the repair or replacement of the goods, as specified in the “Withdrawal and returns” section in the “Information” menu.

Complaints, if any, about Product faults are to be communicated to Pellini SpA by means of registered letter - or anyway in writing - : (I) in case of manifest faults, within and not later than 5 (five) days after receipt of the Products; (II) in case of hidden faults, within and not later than 8 (eight) days after ascertaining the fault and, however, not later than 30 (thirty) days after delivery of the Products. The above being stated, no complaint can be made unless judicially exerted by way of action or plea, within 3 (three) months after receipt of the single batches of Products. However complaints are to be provided with all the evidence necessary to their documentation. Inadequate information in this regard might cause delays to Pellini SpA to settle the complaint. Upon receipt of the Products, the purchaser shall inform Pellini SpA within 3 (three) days from receipt, about any defect, damage, theft, shortage and delays occurred during the transport in order for the latter to file a complaint and formulate the necessary actions against either the forwarding company or the insurance company.
